10N23 Collets for TIG welding are split into two sides when the back cap is tightened the sides squeeze together to grip the tungsten which are the most common collet style. The collet conducts the welding current manufactured with copper and can be easily damaged.

TruTIG 54N16 Ceramic 3/8 10mm, guides the inert gas to provide an inert atmosphere for the weld pool.  54N15 Ceramic Bore has been designed and manufactured to withstand extreme heat throughout the welding process. The shielding gas is also necessary to prevent air from coming in contact with the tungsten electrode as it would burn out immediately.
