ESAB OK Aristorod 12.63 MIG Wire 18kg Reel isa non copper coated solid wire with a carefully controlled wire chemistry and a unique surface technology that serves for high feeding and welding performance. Providing a superior weld metal quality at high currents.
When compared with OK AristoRd 12.50, the 12.633 has a slightly higher silicon and manganese content, which increases the weld metal strength. This promotes low sensitivity to surface impurities and contributes to smooth sound welds.
This MIG welding wire is designed for all general structural and engineering unalloyed and low-alloyed carbon-manganese steels.
Key Features:
- Excellent Feeding Performance - From mild steel to low alloy wires, ESAB Mire wires provide excellent feeding performance for high-speed welding long-feeding distances.
- MIG wires with Optmisedchemistry - For less post-weld rework make ESAB Mild steel and low alloy MIG wire a good choice for the overall cost of ownership.
- Higher Silicon and Manganese content - In comparison to the AristoRod 12.50, the 12.63 has a slightly higher silicon and manganese content which increases the weld metal strength.
