1. Will I be charged VAT?

If you are in the UK you will be subject to VAT regardless of your status. 

If you are outside of the UK but in a European Union Country, you still be subject to VAT if you are a private individual or company without a registered VAT number. 

You will not pay import duty or VAT on your purchase when it arrives in your country. 

If you are outside of the UK and European Union you will not pay VAT.

 

2. Who can buy from our website?

You can buy from our website 24/7 365 days a year even when we’re sleeping. However if you make a purchase outside of business hours 8:30am - 5:00pm (4:30pm Friday) your order will be shipped the next business day.

 

3. Where do we ship to?

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE! Shipping is calculated for Countries within Europe. You will find all Countries listed when you produce an online order. If you are based outside of Europe please contact us for shipping rates and terms.

 

4. Can I collect goods in person?

5. How can I check on the status of my order?

If there is any issue with your order, you will be contacted

If an item is out of stock we will advise you of an approximate due date

We will also keep you updated if this date cannot be met for any reason.

 

6. How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders greater than £100 to mainland UK. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, please use the "Enquire about this product" so we can advise further on shipping costs

 

7. How long does shipping take?

All UK orders are shipped on a Next Day Service.

Delivery of European Orders may vary depending on your location.

 

8. Do I need a Login to buy from the website?

It is not necessary to create an account in order to purchase from our website, however we often run promotions and offer discounts to our account holders.
