If you are in the UK you will be subject to VAT regardless of status. If you are outside of the UK but in a European Union Country, you will still be subject to VAT if you are private individual or company without a registered VAT number. You will NOT pay import duty or VAT on your purchase when it arrives in your country. If you are outside of the UK and European Union you will NOT pay VAT.

You can buy from our website 24/7 365 days a year even when we're sleeping. However if you make a purchase outside of business hours 8:30am - 5:00pm (4:30pm Friday) your order will be shipped the next business day stock depending.

We ship worldwide! However outside England are unavailable to purchase online due to shipping error. If you call our head office 0114 243 3020 we can give you an accurate shipping price.

If there is any issue with your order, you will be contacted. If an item is out of stock we will advise you of an approximate due date. We will also keep you updated if this date cannot be met for any reason.
